Information about the clan at TLITE Gaming

TLITE Gaming hosts regular tryouts for people who wish to our clan. The tryouts are simple. Once you’ve been given the role of ‘Pending Clan’ you’re eligible for a tryout. The Clan Leader of the Clan Development Officer will assess you, and your skills. Firstly, we quiz you on some simple Fortnite- related questions. After that, we take you into playground mode to assess your sniping, building, shooting and flying skills. We also review your communication, listening and leadership skills by taking you into a squad, to see how well you can lead others to a victory. We also look at your personality. We don’t want rude or obnoxious people in our clan. However, we do want people who can keep our clan in line for the tournaments and competitions we may enter. Being the Clan Leader means you have an immense responsibility on your hands. Only 1 person can be the leader, this person needs to be a fluent English speaker with a good, solid personality to lead people without seeming rude or cocky. Clan Leaders can also recruit or train members to join or rank up in the clan. If the Clan Leader feels like someone in the deserves to be kicked, they can speak to the Clan Development Officer about the future of that person in the clan. Skills and Qualities needed for a good clan leader; Being punctual and active. Being able to work with and manage different people with different personalities. Being able to give honest opinions or responses without sounding or seeming rude. Having good communication skills. Having good experience in the game of Fortnite and good knowledge regarding competitions and team building. Being a person who can also enjoy having fun and a good laugh.
